I response to a rescent rise in attacks by known PK terrorists, the PK KILLER Circle of Representatives was formed.
The Circles main purpose is to help make the world of ROM2 a safer, more enjoyable place for everyone.

The Circle is not confined to any one ethnic, religious, or Clan boundery but is in fact a group formed to further promote friendship and equality between the various Clans and Factions.

There will be a reward given for all who slay a KNOWN PK'er WITH the help of an official PK KILLER Rep. .

If you have any questions concerning the beliefs and philosophies of The Circle or are interested in becoming a Bounty Hunter for The Circle then please post a message and I will respond as promp as possible.

but I know diablo and hellhound and a guy named casio all are very real and present dangers to the ppl on the hat server
I am working on taking them down as we speak I laso lot one set of gear to them and good thing I have 50 more sets heheheh

Casio/Phoenix pk'ed me yesterday and took my stuff,then i was able to get a few things from friends and last night he (casio/phoenix)and diablo teamed up and pk'ed me again.Now I have nothing and will have to start looking for stuff all over again:(

ok, apparantly i was correct when i said a while ago that i tend to have a lot of information that most people dont come upon. i guess this is cuz i am friends with most of the server ops, clan leaders, and independents on hat. just to clarify, hell hound is maverick, diablo has a character named quick silver, and casio has a character named romeo. also, its not just that hell hound and diablo work togather, i have reason to belive that casio works with them as well.

p.p.s.morgor, can ya get me some quest gear some time? claw was the only character that would have been able to survive in horror maps and since he's dead i'm kinda in a bind.

EVIL is a character that tried to PK me a couple of days ago...Fortunately I got away, but I heard later that he took out a number of other people like kke...
